Our inspection reports are comprehensive accounts of areas of concern noted for your property. The concerns are broken down into major and minor categories. Major indicates items that are either costly to repair, become costly or damaging if not repaired, or create safety issues. Minor issues include items that require either some maintenance or have relatively small costs for repairs. Major and minor concerns are documented with written descriptions as well as digital photos.
